With an extensive background in disciplines such as submission grappling, gymnastics strength training, yoga, and weight lifting, Cody brings a wide knowledge base to his massage table. He graduated from the Black Brooke School of Massage in Fayetteville after a year and a half yoga/movement apprenticeship under Matthew and Holly Krepps of the Circle Yoga Shala. During this time, he developed a skillset to work with a range of clients, from high-performing athletes to those recovering from injuries or needing maintenance due to poor posture and movement habits. Cody seeks to help each client achieve their unique goals and uses a variety of tools and methods to ensure they can move, feel, and live better.
